Service Description

A colours and finishes consultation will help you discover a new approach to your styling. During our discussion, we will give professional advice on the little things that help make a big difference to your space – such as colour and texture choices, accent pieces, fittings and furnishings.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: An initial booking is considered tentative and will not hold its place in our schedule until payment is received in advance. Payment Terms: Payment is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Failure to make payment within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of the booking time, and the booking will be automatically canceled. Security for Designers: Payment prior to the meeting serves as security for our designers, ensuring their commitment and availability for the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling and Refunds: Clients may reschedule or request a refund up to 48 hours before the meeting without incurring any additional charges. Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the client provides less than 6 hours' notice of cancellation. The remaining 50% of the payment will be refunded. Scope of Meeting: The meeting is intended for discussion, planning of interior design services and general advices. Any work, design concepts, or materials discussed during the meeting are the intellectual property of the interior design business until a formal agreement is reached. Privacy and Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during the meeting confidential. We expect the same level of discretion from our clients regarding any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the interior design business. Scope of Services: The meeting is a consultation and does not guarantee the provision of interior design services. A separate contract and agreement will be necessary to define the scope of work, terms, and pricing. Copyright and Intellectual Property: All designs, drawings, plans, and creative concepts provided during the meeting are the intellectual property of the interior design company and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent. Liability: The interior design business is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the client as a result of the meeting or any subsequent agreements. Our liability is limited to the extent of the fees paid for the meeting.
